Vegetable Accessories

Jewellery designer Eun Yeong Jeong nature inspired pieces remind me of oceanic animal and mineral forms we only get to see on a nature documentary. Her sensitive approach leads to haunting and thought provoking accessories that are with a doubt statement pieces.
She enjoys working with wool, dirt, branches, cacti, nothing seems be off limits in the natural world of plants and materials. For further information please visit EccoEco for a more in depth story on this designer.

Vegan Luxury

Gunas is a newcomer to the accessories market, who are aiming to make a dent in the eco luxury category
with their first collection for men and women. A 100% vegan and resistant to all weather conditions, the bags are Made in the USA with a portion of the revenue going to the Earth Matters Foundation.

Created by designer Sugandh who fused her cultural background with her love for architecture and travel and a little bit of influence from nature, the bags are made with the highest of details by designing all the hardware in-house.. They believe in using no animal products and prefer to use a sustainable plant based material such as eu-Polymer.

We're loving this collection for the richness, colours and textural choices. Think magazine will be following this company closely with full backing support.

Design with a purpose

Five Accessories known for their handbags and accessories line recently launched a picture frame made out of recycled transit card and ticket stubs. The frame is part of the Off The Street line to assist men and women who have lived in poverty.
The handmade frames were constructed by Glenn Hughes and Roarke Moody using eco-friendly pine wood and can be manipulated to incorporate your company's logo.

Five Accessories tends to work with those who were homeless at least three times a week in conjunction with  the Chicago based organisation aptly named Streetwise. The Off The Street line consists of bracelets, belts and pins all using discarded transit cards, bottle caps and ticket stubs from sporting events. From the proceeds 15% is donated to the Streetwise organisation.

Your plastic is fantastic

Re-using existing materials is truly the best way to reduce wouldn't you agree? I know everyone recycles and that's great, but does all recycling get used again, or can it be used again?
That's why we're loving jewellery designer Arosha. The large pendant above has been twisted, crinkled and dipped in delicious gold. Each piece will be uniquie no two are alike. You'll have this piece forever, wear it day or night.
